Getting started

Each research project goes through 4 key phases:

• Kickoff/Planning:​ drafting a research frame outlining product goals, key research questions, and methodology; kicking off support with research partners; sharing brief w/ stakeholders
• Executing:​ e​xecuting on the research, which can include qualitative or quantitative methods
• Sense-making:​ summarizing key themes of research, statistical/data analysis of surveys, developing insights, conclusions, and, where relevant, recommendations. Read more about conducting synthesis.
• Reporting:​ sharing findings your team and stakeholders across the organization
